A condition for the thriving of germs on a material is that there is water present. |
Water evaporates rather quickly on a stainless sheet, and therefor, it is difficult |
for the bacteriato survive. On patterned sheet the remaining water drops which |
are left after the wiping off with a damp cloth e.g. become smaller than on flat sheet. |
Consequently they also dry up quicker. Accordingly, patterned sheet has better |
hygienic properties than flat sheet in this respect. |
